Session 4 – Does healing have a place in Methodism?

Some course facilitators may wish to omit this session or use its content selectively if they are working with non-Methodist groups.

The session seeks to present an understanding of healing ministry in the Wesleyan tradition. It also aims to acknowledge the importance of spirituality in contemporary society and to develop the Church’s response to that. Contexts for healing ministry are explored, recognising the potential of healing ministry for mission and evangelism.
